Fix Lazada-rejected product images

Lazada listing images usually fail on numbers: not 1:1, under the pixel floor, over 2 MB, HEIC instead of JPG/PNG, or a background that is not RGB 255,255,255. Diagnose one file locally before you re-upload the catalog.
Common Lazada reject causes

1. Diagnose first
Drop the rejected image into the Lazada checker. You will see which rule failed — ratio, size, format, weight, or white.

2. Fix white and square on-device
Cut out, fill white, crop to 1:1, and compress under 2 MB. Re-check the export file.
