Privacy Policy

Fernpix tool pages are designed so image processing happens in your browser. Your photos are not uploaded to Fernpix servers for compression, conversion, resize, crop, PDF generation, watermarking, or background removal. Downloads are re-encoded locally, so GPS / location EXIF is not kept in the file you save.

Background removal processes your photo on-device. The first time you use it, your browser may download model weights into a local cache so the tool can run offline afterward. Those model files are not your photos, and Fernpix does not receive your images for cutout processing.

Like most websites, our hosting and CDN provider (Cloudflare) may receive standard request logs such as IP address, user agent, and requested URL when you load pages. We do not use that to build user accounts or for advertising.

Language preference may be stored in your browser localStorage (fernpix-locale) so your choice persists on the same device. If you sign in, we store a session cookie so you stay logged in. Legacy Pro unlock state from older one-time purchases may still be stored per browser.

When you subscribe to Fernpix Pro, we use your signed-in email for the subscription account and support. Payment details are handled by Creem as merchant of record.

When enabled, Fernpix may load Cloudflare Web Analytics — a cookie-free traffic measurement product — to understand which pages are used. It does not upload your photos. Advertising scripts are not used.

We also collect first-touch acquisition data (UTM parameters, referrer, and landing page) for funnel and campaign reporting. This is used for aggregate performance stats, not to identify you as an individual.
