Fix Amazon “image provided is not valid” and main-image rejects

Amazon often rejects a main image for numbers, not taste: background that is not RGB 255,255,255, product under ~85% fill, longest side under 1000 px (no zoom), HEIC, or a file that fails after compression. Diagnose one photo locally before you re-upload the catalog.
Common Amazon invalid-image causes

1. Diagnose first
Drop the rejected main image into the Amazon checker. You will see which rule failed — white, fill, edges, dimensions, format, or weight.
2. Fix white and fill on-device
Cut out, fill #FFFFFF, and reframe so the product is large and centered. Re-check the export — JPEG compression can reintroduce a grey fringe.

- Background samples as 255,255,255
- Longest side ≥ 1000 px
- Product ~85% fill
- JPG/PNG under 10 MB
